Decorating the Wadhurst Christmas Tree

The Christmas Tree will be decorated at the J Club Christmas Party on Tuesday 12th December, 3.45 – 5.00pm. All children are welcome. Please let Hollie Butler know if your children would like to be on the walking bus from the Primary School.

The Advent Storybook

The story book is back online at the church website, tune in every day of Advent.

Sacred Space

On Wednesday 13th December at 6.00pm at Stonegate there will be an Advent Meditation entitled ‘The God who speaks’. (The same meditation will take place on Thursday 7th December in the Sacred Heart Church)

Who let the dads out?

For those who have the privilege of being  dads, granddads, great granddads and step dads to spend quality time with their kids (up to 6 years of age) with bacon rolls, refreshments and toys. Wadhurst Parish Church 9.30-11.30am Saturday 16th December.

Family Film ‘A Christmas Candle’ Fri 22nd Dec 4pm in Wadhurst Church

A heart-warming tale (certificate‘U’) set in the Victorian English countryside from bestselling author Max Lucado.  Legend has it that every 25 years an angel visits the village candlemaker and touches a single candle.  Whoever lights this candle receives a miracle on Christmas Eve.

New Year’s Eve

As usual, we will mark the beginning of the New Year with a simple service of celebration and prayer in Wadhurst Church at 11.30pm on Saturday 31st December. Once midnight has struck we will enjoy some festive refreshments.
